Tinsel came from Puerto Rico. He has champion blood line. He’s a four pound Yorkshire Terrier and his color is black and tan. He’s the most loveable little guy! He loves the outside and car rides and his treats! He sets still to be groomed like this. It doesn’t take me long to fancy him up!
