Picasso came from an animal shelter in Marion County Florida. His skull is not closed correctly his nose is crooked his jaw is out of a line and one of his eyes pops out a little more. But in my eyes he is the most beautiful dog in the world. He also has severe seizures and Mobility problems. He is so smart and I love him to the Moon and back.
