Oscar is a 15 year old rescue puppy that I have had since he was 6 months old. He is part shih tzu, part pug. He was recently diagnosed with diabetes and had to have both of his eyes removed shortly after this picture was taken. Oscar is a stubborn little old man that loves going to the beach and snuggling on the couch.
