He is very hyper and needy. He will bully you just to be touched and loved on. He gives kisses & will hug you tight around your hips its so cute! He talks all the time but he doesnt bark at people or at anything really only when hes talking to you. He always wants to cuddle but he cant sit still and always needs to be touched on his time of course!
